Nissan изо всех сил старается стать своим на американском рынке полноразмерных пикапов, но пока все тщетно. Не помогают даже «лучшая гарантия в классе», высокие места в рейтингах надежности и прочие маркетинговые кампании. В прошлом году пикап Nissan Titan второго поколения нашел в США лишь 50 тысяч покупателей. Даже его предшественник на заре карьеры расходился тиражом 84—87 тысяч машин, но все это слезы по сравнению с показателями американских одноклассников Ford F-серии (909 тысяч) или Chevrolet Silverado (586 тысяч). Может, рестайлинг поможет?

Представленный на Техасской ярмарке обновленный Nissan Titan обрел подретушированную внешность — у него новые бамперы, три варианта решетки радиатора (в зависимости от комплектации) и светодиодные задние фонари. На диоды переведена подсветка грузового отсека, а за доплату можно заказать и полностью диодные фары головного света.

Салон тоже перекроен. У Титана теперь восемь подушек безопасности вместо шести, а преднатяжители есть не только у передних, но и у задних ремней безопасности (кроме центрального места). Cиденья сделаны по технологии Zero Gravity, как у Murano: с оптимальными жесткостью и распределением массы тела.

Новые приборы — с семидюймовым цветным дисплеем. Базовая медиасистема с экраном на восемь дюймов обзавелась функцией дистанционного обновления «по воздуху». Но можно заказать продвинутый Integrated Command Center с девятидюймовым экраном, а еще предусмотрен передатчик Wi-Fi на шесть устройств.

В базовую комплектацию включен комплекс Safety Shield 360, который объединяет системы автоматического торможения, слежения за разметкой и слепыми зонами, а также функцию автоматического переключения дальнего света. Новая опция для версий с двухрядной кабиной — панорамная крыша.

Бензиновый мотор V8 5.6 форсирован: мощность увеличена с 395 до 406 л.с., а крутящий момент — с 534 до 560 Нм. Хотя сделано это, в первую очередь, для рекламы: Nissan заявляет, что Titan имеет самый мощный базовый V8 в классе. А вместо семиступенчатого «автомата» у пикапа появилась девятиступенчатая коробка передач. Дизель Cummins пока предлагается только для тяжелых версий Titan XD, которых обновление еще не коснулось.

Модернизированный «легкий» Nissan Titan выйдет на рынок США в начале 2020 года, но только с «полуторной» (King Cab) и двойной (Crew Cab) кабинами. Самая простая однорядная версия исключена из гаммы. Сейчас за Titan в Штатах просят минимум 30690 долларов.

Обзор Nissan Titan King Cab 2017

Из года в год Детройтский автосалон выступает главной ареной для презентации огромных пикапов, и 2015 год не стал исключением — именно в этом году японский автоконцерн Nissan впервые продемонстрировал вторую генерацию внедорожного «грузовичка» Titan, рассчитанного на североамериканский рынок.

В сравнении с предшественником, автомобиль изменился до неузнаваемости, получив не только новую внешность, увеличенные габариты и более презентабельный и современный салон, но и ряд технических доработок.

С помощью Nissan Titan производитель намерен составить конкуренцию бестселлерам североамериканского рынка в лице Ford F-150 и Chevrolet Silverado, а также GMC Sierra или Тойота Тундра. Забегая наперёд, отдадим должное японским инженерам и дизайнерам, которым удалось создать действительно мощный, брутальный и тяговитый пикап, способный без особого труда выполнить роль небольшого грузовичка.

Экстерьер Nissan Titan King Cab

Nissan Titan представлен на рынке с тремя вариациями исполнения: Single Cab (одинарная), King Cab (полуторка) и Crew Cab (двойная).

Сегодня на нашем обзоре находится полуторная версия King Cab, обладающая следующими габаритами:

• Длина – 5,803 м;
• Ширина – 2,019 м;
• Высота – 1,922 м;

Выглядит автомобиль брутально и устрашающе, в чем большая заслуга внушительной морды, представленной огромной прямоугольной фальшрадиаторной решёткой, внушительного размера двуярусной головной оптикой (опционально светодиодной) и массивным передним бампером, в котором нашлось место для пары противотуманок и небольшого воздухозаборника.

Профиль Nissan Titan King Cab имеет классическую для автомобилей этого класса пропорцию, при этом хочется выделить наличие огромных колёсных арок, внушительных порогов и колёсных дисков R17-20. Отдельно хочется выделить хромированный шильдик, располагающийся над арками передних колёс, в котором красуется гордая надпись «V8».

В сравнении с фронтальной частью кузова, корма смотрится менее внушительно, а в её распоряжении имеются вертикальный габаритные огни (опционально светодиодные), огромный откидной борт и аккуратный бампер, с расположенным по центру вырезом под номерной знак.

На выбор потенциальным покупателям производитель предлагает пять расцветок кузова: Magnetic Black, Pearl White, Deep Blue Pearl, Cayenne Red и Forged Copper, среди которых особенно шикарно смотрится цвет Forged Copper (медный). Более того, покупатель вправе выбрать один из нескольких дизайнов колёсных дисков, подчёркивающих всю мощь автомобиля.

Интерьер нового Nissan Titan King Cab

Внутри Nissan Titan King Cab смотрится не менее внушительно, чем снаружи. Прямо перед водителем располагается массивный черырехспицевый руль, за которым располагается рычаг коробки передач и внушительная комбинация приборов, представленная парой аналоговых приборов и ЖК-дисплеем бортового компьютера. Огромного размера центральная торпедо вмещает 7-дюмовый сенсорный монитор мультимедийного комплекса и лаконичный блок управления салонным климатом, а прямо под ними находится блок вспомогательных клавиш.

В целом, передняя торпедо выглядит более презентабельно и «мускулисто», чем это было у предшественника. Более того, заметно возросло качество применяемых материалов – отныне в салоне господствуют исключительно добротные материалы: натуральная кожа, мягкий пластик и высококачественная ткань.

На бумаге полуторный Ниссан Титан King Cab обладает пятиместным салоном, а вот на практике все не так гладко. К передним креслам нет никаких замечаний – большие, комфортные, с большим количеством регулировок, подогревом, но с слабо выраженной боковой поддержкой. Между передними сидениями располагается гигантский подлокотник, внутри которого находится бокс для поклажи, практически не уступающий по вместительности бардачку.

Говорить про объем багажника не приходится, так как вместо него автомобиль оснащён внушительной грузовой платформой, заканчивающейся огромным откидным бортом. Грузоподъёмность прицепа в зависимости от типа модификации варьируется в пределах 450-800 кг, а вот максимальный вес, который автомобиль может брать на буксир, может достигать 5 тонн, что практически в два раза больше, чем масса самого авто.

Технические характеристики Titan King Cab

На выбор покупателям предложено два двигателя:

1. 5,6-литровый бензиновик V8, способным выдать максимальные 390 «кобыл» и 544 Нм крутящей тяги, доступной при 4000 об/мин. Пару ему составляет современная 7-уровневая автоматическая КПП, обеспечивающая разгон от 0 до 100 менее чем за 8 сек., а также максималку в 185 км/час. Средний расход топлива в комбинированном режиме езды варьируется в пределах 14-17 л/100 км, что для автомобиля подобных габаритов и массы выглядит очень даже неплохо.
2. 5-литровый турбодизель V8, выдающий 310 «лошадей» и головокружительные 752 Нм вращательного момента. Работает дизель в паре с 6-уровневой АКПП от Aisin. Динамические характеристики пикапа с данным мотором лишь немногим уступают дизелю: разгон до сотни за 8,5 сек., максималка – 176 км/час. А вот расход горючего в комбинированном цикле варьируется от 10 до 15 л/100 км.

Оба двигателя оборудованы 32-клапанным ГРМ и могут агрегатироваться как передним, так и приводом на все колеса, получившим возможность блокировки дифференциала и 4 варианта работы.

Базируется новинка на усовершенствованной «тележке» предшественника, а в её основе лежит лонжеронная рама из высокопрочных сортов стали. Тут же стоит заметить, что кабина пикапа крепится к раме с помощью специальных гидроопор, что позволило существенно повысить уровень комфорта в салоне.

На фронтальной оси устанавливается независимая двухрычажка с гидравлическими амортизаторами и поперечно расположенными стабилизаторами, а на задней – зависимая подвеска с мостом неразрезного типа, поперечно расположенными стабилизаторами и листовыми рессорами. Управление реечного типа дополнено гидроусилителем, а за торможение отвечают вентилируемые «блины», помощь которым представляют электронные помощники, коих в пикапе предостаточно.

Безопасность King Cab

Как и подобает современному автомобилю, Nissan Titan King Cab оборудован широким набором электронных помощников и современных систем безопасности, в числе которых:

• Комплекс из фронтальных и боковых эирбегов одно- и двухступенчатого типа;
• Дополнительные подушки безопасности на крыше;
• Система динамического управления мотором и система контроли тяги;
• Система ABS, курсовой стабилизации и помощник при старте под гору;
• Система Hill Descent Control;
• Передние/задние парктроники;
• Система мониторинга давления в шинах;
• Ассистент «стыковки» с прицепом;

Кузов автомобиля получил специальные зоны деформации, а в дверях установлены стальные балки, призванные защитить пассажиров в случае бокового столкновения.

Цена Nissan Titan King Cab в США стартует с отметки в 33,56 тыс. долларов (2,01 млн. руб.) за которые покупателю предложены:

В настоящий момент неизвестно, доберётся ли новый Nissan Titan King Cab 2017 до российского рынка, так как у нас автомобили данного типа не пользуются большим спросом.

Half-ton of fun for the truck set

Single cabs are cool, crew cabs are better, but if you want to impress the full-size trucker crowd, you are going to need a king cab to get the job done.

Nissan rolled out a King Cab version for the 2017 Titan half-ton and the Titan XD with a 6.5-foot bed at the 2017 Chicago Auto Show.

Nissan’s 2017 Titan King Cab is available in 4×4 and 4×2 drive, and three grade levels: S, SV, and Pro-4X. Each level gets a 5.6-liter V-8 engine with 390 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque on tap mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission. The truck can tow up to 9,420 pounds and carry a maximum payload of 1,640 pounds.

The Titan XD King Cab receives the same configurations and grade levels but offers the additional option of the Cummins 5.0-liter V-8 turbo diesel, which offers 310 hp and 555 lb-ft of torque. The diesel is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission and can haul up to 12,510 pounds and offers a maximum payload of 2,290 pounds. The gas engine offers a maximum payload capacity of 2,710 pounds and can tow up to 11,510 pounds.

“The launch of the new King Cab body is the last step in a journey that began in December 2015 with the debut of the breakthrough Titan XD, which continues to carve out a unique white space between competitors’ heavy-duty and half-ton trucks,” Fred Diaz, Nissan Truck VP and general manager, said in a statement.

“Now, with the addition of a half-ton Titan, our new Endurance V-8, three body configurations, three bed lengths, and a range of grade levels and equipment packages, we’re covering nearly every segment in the personal and commercial full-size truck markets. Add to that the industry’s best 5-year/100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, and the Titan family is even more compelling.”

Nissan’s new King Cab can seat up to six, sports wide-opening rear doors, and offers a “rear-seat delete” option for commercial haulers that require a secure, flat floor storage space.

“This feature is going to be extremely well received by commercial truck buyers for its extra utility and secure, climate-safe storage space inside the cab,” Diaz noted.

Nissan says both King Cabs options are assembled in Canton, Mississippi, with its V-8 engines built in Tennessee, and Cummins diesel engines assembled in Indiana.

A Nissan NV Cargo X and two modified Titan Pro-4X models will also be on display at this year’s show. Fuel EPA estimates and pricing for the King Cab models have not been announced at this time.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan today announced U.S. pricing for the 2017 TITAN King Cab and TITAN XD King Cab models, which are on sale now at Nissan dealers nationwide. The new King Cab body configuration is available in half-ton and XD versions with a standard 6.5-foot bed length. It is offered in 4×4 and 4×2 drive and three grade levels – S, SV and PRO-4X (4×4 only).

The new King Cab is marked by its available 6-person seating, wide-opening rear doors and available first-in-segment 3 “rear seat delete” option ideal for commercial use with its flat floor and secure in-cab storage space.

The new King Cab joins the previously available Crew Cab and Single Cab body styles, which along with a choice of 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 engine or powerful Cummins® 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel gives Nissan’s full-size pickup the widest model lineup ever.

The new King Cab, like all 2017 TITAN and TITAN XD models, is covered by Nissan’s “America’s Best Truck Warranty” 2 – featuring bumper-to-bumper coverage of 5 years/100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Vehicles covered by the new warranty, which includes basic and powertrain coverage, include both V8 gasoline and diesel powered models.

The half-ton TITAN King Cab is offered in 4×4 and 4×2 drive and three grade levels – S, SV and PRO-4X – each equipped with a standard 390-horsepower 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 engine and 7-speed automatic transmission. What is the starting price for the 2017 Nissan Titan King Cab?

The King Cab configuration is available on both the Titan and Titan XD, which means you have a wide variety of options when it comes to exactly what you need in a pickup truck. The Titan XD is the same size as the regular Titan, but built with a stronger frame for those who require a vehicle for more commercial use or tougher everyday workloads. That said, the starting price for the 2017 Nissan Titan King Cab is $32,550 for the 4×2 S trim. All pricing excludes destination, handling and dealer fees.

All 2017 Nissan Titan and Titan XD models come with America’s Best Truck Warranty: 100,000 miles or 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty (whichever comes first).

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan today announced U.S. pricing for the 2017 TITAN King Cab and TITAN XD King Cab models, which are on sale now at Nissan dealers nationwide. The new King Cab body configuration is available in half-ton and XD versions with a standard 6.5-foot bed length. It is offered in 4×4 and 4×2 drive and three grade levels – S, SV and PRO-4X (4×4 only).

The new King Cab is marked by its available 6-person seating, wide-opening rear doors and available first-in-segment 3 “rear seat delete” option ideal for commercial use with its flat floor and secure in-cab storage space.

The new King Cab joins the previously available Crew Cab and Single Cab body styles, which along with a choice of 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 engine or powerful Cummins® 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel gives Nissan’s full-size pickup the widest model lineup ever.

The new King Cab, like all 2017 TITAN and TITAN XD models, is covered by Nissan’s “America’s Best Truck Warranty” 2 – featuring bumper-to-bumper coverage of 5 years/100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Vehicles covered by the new warranty, which includes basic and powertrain coverage, include both V8 gasoline and diesel powered models.

The half-ton TITAN King Cab is offered in 4×4 and 4×2 drive and three grade levels – S, SV and PRO-4X – each equipped with a standard 390-horsepower 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 engine and 7-speed automatic transmission. TITAN King Cab offers an available maximum towing capacity of 9,420 pounds and maximum payload capacity of 1,640 pounds when properly equipped.

The TITAN XD King Cab similarly is available in 4×4 and 4×2 drive and three grade levels – S, SV and PRO-4X. Two driveline choices are offered with the TITAN XD King Cab: the 390-horsepower 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 engine with 7-speed automatic or powerful Cummins® 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel – rated at 310 horsepower and a hefty 555 lb-ft of torque – matched with a heavy-duty 6-speed Aisin A466ND automatic transmission. TITAN XD King Cab offers an available maximum towing capacity of 12,510 pounds (diesel engine) and maximum payload capacity of 2,710 pounds (gas engine) when properly equipped.
